• Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session
  → You may receive a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours
  → The session is non‑refundable, though you may request a reschedule depending on availability.
• No‑shows
  → Non‑refundable.

2. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to honour both our commitments.

3. Digital Products — Audio Courses

Because digital content is instantly accessible:

• All audio course purchases are non‑refundable once delivered or accessed.
• If you experience technical difficulties, I will support you in accessing your purchase.
